It is a one acre secluded waterfront property located at Paradise Cove, a sheltered coastline, just 15 minute drive from the vibrant township of Port Vila. The cool white boutique studio looks onto tropical gardens and has a distant water view. It has a high-pitched roof, large louvre windows and ceiling fans to ensure maximum air flow and coolness. Detailed Information

The garden studio is one of the 3 accomodations on the property: there is a waterfront studio and the owner's 2 pavillion villa.

This private sanctuary is flanked by jungle on three sides and fronts sparkling blue ocean. High tide swimming in sheltered, calm waters is just a stroll from your verandah, snorkelling amongst colourful coral and reef fish an easy swism out to the edge of the reef. The charming new studio completed in 2018 has a relaxed sophisticated style designed for tropical living. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished with carefully chosen pieces and quality linen to make you feel comfortable and special in your home away from home. Showering using locally made organic ‘Volcanic Earth’ products in the tropical garden bathroom in the sunshine or under the stars will be a memorable experience. Spectacular sunset drinks and open fire cooking on the beach are a highlight, alternatively there are two beachside restaurants almost adjacent.

There are 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for exploring the picturesque coastline. Rose, our wonderful housekeeper will service the studio and can also introduce you to the world of island food and living. Cooking on the beach to the sound of the laping waves, often backlit by a spectacular sunset with drink in hand is a truly Vanuatu experience. For a comfortable, stress free holiday, vehicle hire is highly recommended as Paradise Cove is not on the regular bus routes. However buses and water taxis can be arranged to and from town.

Room in your suitcase?

Sallie, the owner, manages the Wilkins Family Foundation which provides scholarships for female high school students and a mentoring program. As a result, Sallie & John work with schools in the outer islands, which are desperate for infant school readers, books and stationary. Any help is much appreciated.
